Penfolds Catering Chef Daniel, began cooking at the age of 16. Daniel has worked in a number of fine dining restaurants in Australia and the UK, including Melbourne’s Two Hat restaurant Matteo’s, also Noosa's famous beach side dining restaurant Bistro C. With his extensive knowledge as a chef, Daniel and his wife Rebecca who is also a chef & hospitality major, finally executed on the dream of starting their own business and began Penfolds Catering in 2016.
