$110 travel & booking fee is applied to all bookings & includes a chef
Onsite chef fee of $300 for parties of 30 & under guests and Sunday events
Wait staff are $45 p/h, minimum of 4 hrs
Extra chef’s minimum 6 hrs
Wait staff are dependent on the menu choice, number of guests and style of function.
Please note- wait staff do not assist with the service of drinks, unless bar staff have been hired.
Bar staff are $50 p/h, minimum 4 hrs.
Bar & wait staff will work together to create a seamless event.
A site inspection is highly recommended at least four weeks prior to the event
Menus & all dietaries are required at least 2 weeks prior
Extra travel fee may apply to bookings and to staff
Sunday & public holiday rates will apply to staff
Minimum spend may apply to bookings
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date
Final guest numbers and final payment is required 7 days prior to your date
Unfortunately, we are unable to hold dates without a deposit
