-includes one qualified chef & all cooking equipment
Additional staff are charged separately based on event needs:
Waitstaff from $220 (min 4 hrs)
Bar staff from $260 (min 4 hrs)
Extra chef from $360 (min 6 hrs)
Public holiday and Sunday rates apply.
An onsite chef fee of $350 applies to parties of 30 and under, Sunday events & public holidays.
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required (dates cannot be held without this).
Site Inspection: Highly recommended at least 4 weeks prior.
Menus & Dietaries: Due at least 2 weeks prior.
Final Payment & Guest Numbers: Required 7 days prior to the event.
Wait staff do not serve drinks unless specific bar staff are hired.
Public holiday & Sunday rates apply; extra travel fees may apply depending on location.
A minimum spend may apply to your booking.
