Drop off catering

LOCATION - Unit 2, 32 Rene Street Noosaville

Drop-Off Catering – Important Information

All food is delivered chilled in disposable trays, boxes or dishes for easy serving or reheating.
Clear instructions are provided for reheating, final cooking or assembly.
Clients must provide adequate refrigeration prior to serving or upon pick-up.
Clients must provide their own heating facilities for reheating.
Please note: food is not left in eskies at drop-off or pick-up.
A Drop-Off Catering Liability Form may be required.
 
Quotes & Orders
Quotes are based on quantities at the time of booking and may be adjusted closer to your event.
Final orders are required at least 7 days prior to your event.
All prices include GST unless stated otherwise.
A one-off travel fee may apply depending on location.
Public holiday surcharges may apply at the discretion of Penfolds Catering.
 
Deposits & Payments
All orders are subject to availability.
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.
Full payment is required for orders within 1 month of the event or for orders under $500.
Final payment is due 7 days prior to the event.
Failure to pay may result in loss of deposit and cancellation of catering.
Accepted payment methods:
  • Cash or direct deposit
  • BPAY, Mastercard & Visa (1.8% surcharge via online invoice)
Orders will expire if payment or communication is not received within 7 days of agreement or invoice being issued.

Quality & Food Safety
Penfolds Catering operates under a registered Food Safety Program and is fully compliant with Queensland Health regulations. All food is prepared, handled and transported in accordance with strict food safety standards.
 

Dietary Requirements
Dietary requirements and allergies must be advised at the time of booking.
Our kitchens handle common allergens including nuts, seeds, dairy, gluten, eggs, soy and seafood.
While every care is taken, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment and accept no liability.
 
Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the event will receive a refund or credit.
Cancellations within 7 days of the event will forfeit any payments made.

Drop-Off Catering Liability
Once food has been dropped off or collected:
  • Responsibility for food safety, storage and temperature control transfers to the client.
  • Penfolds Catering accepts no liability for illness, loss or damage after delivery.
  • Payment of deposit or final balance confirms acceptance of these terms.
